On October 21^st, I was awakened at 2:00 am by the following words: “You will take the land.” I was hearing it repeated over and over. Then, as I fully awakened, I heard it spoken loudly and very distinctly, “YOU WILL TAKE THE LAND!”

I initially took it as the Lord giving a general Word over His people – like words of affirmation over us as to what we’ll be doing in the not-too-distant future. So I got up from bed saying, “Yes, Lord. I receive that. We will indeed take the land.” Then I went into my office to pray over what I’d heard.

As I began praying, I realized what I’d heard was not just an encouragement from the Lord; It was a COMMAND from the Lord! This was staggering to me, because I’d been studying spiritual warfare for some time. And I understood enough to know you don’t enter into a spiritual battle outside your “territory” without clear direction from the Lord. But at the same time, I’ve recently been feeling a call to fight in the heavenlies. Not knowing anything more than that, I’d told the Lord I’d do whatever He wanted, because I trusted Him to prepare and show me whatever I needed to know.

Before proceeding, I want to be very clear about something. I felt totally out of my league and over my head. I’m not a seasoned warrior by any stretch of the imagination, and I’m sure the powers of darkness were laughing their heads off – but they didn’t laugh for long. What the Lord did next wiped the smiles right off their faces:

After study and prayer, I decided to skim through a few news headlines. I saw a headline about the Hillary/Trump debate. I have to make this disclaimer: I kept getting repulsed and couldn’t watch the entire debate. I’m only repeating what a news commentator wrote, as I didn’t hear this for myself. The individual was talking about how Hillary’s stance on abortion was laid out on the table for all to see, that she’s A-Okay with late term, partial birth abortion, with no limits. Although she accused Trump of using scare tactics, she didn’t deny his claim that she was okay with it all the way up to just days before the baby’s due date.

After reading that statement, I began to sob uncontrollably for all the babies being savagely murdered, as well as the mothers and medical staff involved in this evil. As I was crying, I saw an image of a full term baby hanging out of the mother, feet first, with only the head not delivered as yet. A doctor had his tools ready to sever the spinal cord at the back of the neck!

At that moment, the Spirit of God came upon me mightily, like a burning fire. I rose to my feet and began taking authority in the Name of Jesus over all the abortions planned to be performed that day in my state of Oklahoma. I bound the devil and his angels, literally throwing my hand up to hold them back – feeling the pressure pushing back against my hand! Then I loosed angels and laborers to go forth to these women, to minister to them, to show them the Love of God, that there is another way, that God will be with them and see them though.

Suddenly, I began to feel great joy and went into a time of praising God for all the lives He’d saved, and souls won for the Kingdom! I was totally in awe of what had just happened. A wave of relief spread through me as I realized what the Lord had just revealed.

I have to admit, my natural man had been intimidated and fearful at the thought of spiritual warfare. That’s because my eyes were looking at me. Unless you’re completely focused towards the Lord, you should be afraid – and never attempt going into enemy territory on your own. But the Lord showed me, if I follow the promptings and lead of the Holy Spirit, giving Him my feet, my hands, and my mouth, He’ll do the fighting! I was so thrilled at what the Lord had just done and shown me, I could hardly contain myself!

Realizing it was getting late, I got up to go get ready for work; but sensing the Lord had more to show, I just stood still for a moment.

Then I saw in the spirit what looked like a walled city, and immediately knew it was Jericho! All of a sudden, a great and mighty shaking began, and the walls began to vibrate and crumble to the ground. Then I heard the Lord say, “YOU WILL TAKE THE LAND!”

I was reminded that Israel was called the “church in the wilderness” (Acts 7:38). The same principles that applied to them when taking enemy territory apply to the Church today!

In the sixth chapter of Joshua, verses 1-27, the Lord gave Joshua very detailed instructions on what the Israelites were to do in preparation of taking the land of Jericho. He told them in advance He was giving Jericho into their hand. Everyone was given an assignment; from the priests, the musicians, and the armed warriors, to the general camp of the Israelites; everyone had a part to play.

A key verse was brought to my attention. In those instructions God gave to Joshua, He said, “…then the wall of the city will collapse and the army will go up, everyone straight in.”

The Lord says, “Yet once more I will shake not only the earth, but also the heaven…that the things which cannot be shaken may remain.” “Hebrews 12: 26-27)

Saints, the Lord is bringing a shaking to this earth. The great and mighty fortresses will soon crumble to the ground. This will be the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes! When we see the collapse, the army of the Lord, the Saints of the Most High, will go up. And the Lord is saying, “YOU WILL TAKE THE LAND!”

The land the Church in the wilderness (Israelites) took from the enemy was physical territory. But the land the Body of Christ will take involves spiritual territory, resulting in the largest harvest of souls the earth has ever seen.

Please pray over what you’ve read here. Ask the Lord for confirmation and instructions on what your individual role is to be. Because if you notice, there were instructions given, actions to be taken BEFORE the wall fell. As a matter of fact, they were told to go into battle, taking various pieces of territory before crossing over the Jordan under the leadership of Joshua.

“See, I have given into your hand Sihon the Amorite…..and his country. Begin to take possession of it and engage him in battle. This very day I will begin to put the terror and fear of you on all the nations under heaven. They will hear reports of you and will tremble and be in anguish because of you” (Deut. 2:24-25).

The Lord is calling us to begin to take possession of the land. He wants to put the terror and fear of Jesus on all the nations under heaven. He wants our enemy to begin to tremble and be in anguish because of the Body of Christ on the earth.

The Lord delivered many unborn babies the morning of October 21^st. The only part I played was that of being a willing vessel in His Hand. Again, I ask everyone to take this message in prayer before the Lord. If you volunteer, give yourself as a willing vessel, He’ll take it from there!
