For several days I’d gone through one trial after another, not realizing how fatigued I’d become, nor the amount of focus and attention I’d given the storms swirling around me.  But the Lord was very gracious, and soon to reveal the dangerous ground I’d stepped onto.

The morning of October 1^st began with me joining a friend for prayer.  As we prayed, my mind took a detour, and I began to petition God about how I wanted several of the trials to work out.  The Holy Spirit responded immediately:

“What are you doing?” 

“You are not your own.  You have been bought with a price!” 

“Only seek MY will, not your own.”

“Keep Your Eyes on ME.”

“FASTEN THEM UPON ME!” 

Just then, I actually felt like something “snapped” into place around my eye sockets. It was as if I’d put on some type of eyewear or goggles.

Suddenly, the friend I was praying with said,

“The Lord is coming to do BUSINESS!”

As she said this, I was reminded of ‘The Rescue Mission,’ which the Lord showed would take place to “call in the sick, the maimed, and the broken.” As this rescue mission was brought to mind, I saw the following vision:

I was on a bus or plane (not sure), walking down the narrow center isle towards the front exit.  Although I didn’t see them, I was aware others were following close behind me.  As I neared the front, I was listening intently for instructions from the Holy Spirit.  The instructions I had only took me as far as the exit, so I needed to know which way to turn once my feet hit the ground.  As soon as I arrived at the exit – the vision ended.  I immediately heard the Holy Spirit say,

“THIS IS A NEW WAY!”

Summation:

The Lord is coming to do business.  Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil!  The Body of Christ – His Bride will walk as He walked and be about our Father’s business!  The Bride of Christ will “stretch forth her hands to heal, to restore, and to make whole.”  Through Her, the Lord will rescue and set free many of those held captive by the kingdom of darkness.

Satan knows if he can divert our eyes away from Jesus, and onto ourselves, or people and circumstances around us, he can neutralize – or minimize the power of the Body of Christ!  The goal of the enemy is to “disconnect” us from our power source.

In January, the Lord gave me a vision entitled ‘The Birth Pains Will Soon Begin,’ in which He said,

“Other people’s lives will depend on your focus.  I AM entrusting you with the lives of many.”

This is an entirely new way of walking, as we can no longer walk by our natural sight and human reasoning.  I was shown a time is coming when we will need instructions from the Holy Spirit on an almost minute-by-minute basis.   In order to be used in the rescue mission in the midst of coming calamities, our eyes must be totally Fastened Upon Him – completely locked into place.  Those who aren’t completely reliant upon Jesus – will not make it!  Sure, they may make it to heaven, but their days upon the earth will likely be cut short, and they probably won’t be taking many with them.

To the degree we maintain that focus, will we be able to hear and receive instructions for our next steps!   Not only will our individual lives depend upon such focus – but the lives of many.

Please pray over this word for revelation and interpretation.  I believe this to be an urgent message for the Body of Christ.  This “New Way” is the way we must begin walking – now!
