Bride/Bridegroom

A Great Mystery!

Communion

About three years ago, I attended a conference at a large convention center.  I was in the stands, with eyes closed, participating in an awesome worship service.  About midway through a song, I opened my eyes and saw the following vision:

The entire scene onstage had changed, and the praise team was no longer present.  Instead, I saw myself on the stage with my back to the room, standing in front of what appeared to be a gigantic ball of light.  The light was so intense I couldn’t look straight at it.  Suddenly, a man emerged from the light and began walking towards me.  It was Jesus!  He walked right up and entered into me.  Once He entered, I could no longer see myself – I could only see Jesus.  Just then, Jesus (and I) turned and walked back into the Light – back to the Father!

End of Vision

Within the last several months, the Lord has repeatedly brought this vision to mind, replaying it over and over to me.  A recent time was the morning of October 1, 2017.  That morning, the Lord showed how crucial it is we fasten our eyes upon Him, listening only to His voice for the minute-by-minute instructions we’ll need in the days ahead.

In addition to being shown ‘This Is A New Way,’ the Lord made something else very clear.  In order to walk in this “New Way,” the Bride of Jesus must turn completely TOWARD Him.  She must fully EMBRACE her Bridegroom, and the two must become ONE FLESH!

A Great Mystery

Jesus said it was ordained from the beginning of creation, that “the two shall become one flesh; so then they are no longer two, but one flesh.” (Mark 10:8)

The Apostle Paul said a man leaves his father and mother to be joined to his wife, and the two shall become ONE FLESH.  He said it concerns Christ and the Church, and is a “great mystery.”  (Eph. 5:30-32)

Abiding in Jesus – Communion

Jesus continually spoke of the need for us to be at one with Him, for the need to “Abide in Me, and I in you…” (John 15:4)

The marital union between the Bride and Bridegroom, and becoming one flesh, is also pictured as we take communion.  When we take the bread and the wine in remembrance of His sacrifice, it means so much more than most realize.

Jesus said, “…unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you. He that eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day… He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him…” (John 6:53-57).

When Jesus said this, the Pharisees were offended and many of His disciples quit following Him.  Of course, we know the Jews were offended because of the command not to eat or drink the blood of animals.  But the main offense was, “You, being a Man, make Yourself God.”  (John 10:33)

Through the ages, these scriptures and the intimacy described between Jesus and His Church, made many uncomfortable…  The result being, the scriptures have either been ignored, or their meaning minimized.

In my prayer group, we always plead the Blood of Jesus over us.  We not only plead His Blood over our heads, but ask that it saturate every cell of our body, even to the healing and renewal of every strand of DNA within our bodies.

About a week ago during prayer, as we pled the Blood of Jesus, I saw the above mentioned vision again. I began to describe the scene when Jesus walked up and entered into me, and said to my friend, “For His blood to saturate every cell in our bodies, His Blood would have to flow into and through us.”  I then quoted Jesus, “Unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you.”   Suddenly, my friend said,

“We must CONSUME Him!”

I believe that was given to her by the Holy Spirit!  This is a perfect description of the process of becoming One Flesh with our Lord – we abiding in Him, and He in us!  It’s also a perfect description of communion, when as Jesus said, “He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him.”

As Jesus said, this has been ordained from the beginning- the two shall become one flesh, the process being referred to as a “Great Mystery.”

The Lord is preparing a Body.  This Body is being separated, consecrated, and purified as the very Bride of Christ.  She and her Bridegroom will become one flesh – their hearts to beat as one.  As she fully embraces and receives Him, Her eyes will “fasten” upon Him, and she’ll have eyes for no other!

As always, please pray over what’s been shared here, for revelation and how this may apply to you personally.

POSTSCRIPT:

The next post will be a continuation, and will be posted (God willing) within the next few days.  The Lord has given a Word as to what will happen as “the two become one flesh.”  He told me,

“You will stretch forth your hands and you will be used as My instruments of Righteousness!”

The Catholic Church is in the worst crisis ever. They are actually working on getting rid of transubtstation and the mass. You do know that what you desire and are being shown is the Eucharist? I eat of Our Lord daily. Yes He abides in us and we in Him. It’s the Eucharist. The real union, body and blood, Soul and Divinity of Our Lord. The sign for it is marriage, wherein two become one flesh and one soul (from three really, the wife and husband and Jesus). God bless, and may you partake of Our good Lord who has… Read more »

Greetings. I have been taking communion for about 3 months now. My Lord has gradually expanded my conception of a deeper meaning of Him and one flesh. A friend gave me a booklet by, Joseph Prince, oh my, My Lord is expanding quickly now with what you have here. I had a thought to take communion 3 times a day today. May start tomorrow. Have asked often for the Blood to cleanse my DNA from GMO foods, air toxins, processed foods etc. and for the enzymes in the Blood to restore my bones to perfection. Will have hip surgery Dec… Read more »

I had a dream about a year ago. I was in a house then left that house and went down this small grassy slope. There was a hallway at the bottom of this slope… no house… just a hallway. I stepped into it and noticed when I walked in one direction down in the hallway the clock would go foreward… but if I walk the other way the clock hands would go backward. I thought to myself in the dream… that is really strange. I then decided to go in the direction of the hallway where the hands of the… Read more »

Looking forward to the next posting! I love how God gives you things in a series. Have you ever thought about putting them together in your own blogtalk radio sort of way? It’s great when you are on TribNow radio but it’s not often enough!

I had asked God to show me how to be in the world but not of it. This image of Jesus inhabiting us is right in line with what I have been shown. Living in the “atmosphere” of heaven instead of in our surroundings. Thank you for posting this.

Diana,
Thank you for your faithfulness to share this very anointed word from God! This spoke so deeply to my spirit in that God is preparing the way for the Bride to walk in step with Her coming Bridegroom! To be One with Him completely! Once we grasp the mystery revealed here, we can begin to walk more intimately with Him.
