I was so tired when I went to bed that I couldn’t even pray.  I asked the Holy Spirit to intercede for us as we have no strength of our own.  I haven’t had a dream I could remember in a while, but I woke the morning of October 27, 2021, from a dream, went back to sleep and received a word, and woke again. 

In the dream, I had gone into a building that I knew was ‘a house of prayer’.  I didn’t see anyone and it was very quiet.  I opened a door to the right just as I entered.  There was unused furniture and other items being stored in that room.  I sadly looked upon an item that was in the middle of the room behind a couch.  All the furniture was elaborate.  It appeared ancient and like something we’d see in a castle.  The item in the middle of the room behind the other furniture was a prayer bench.  It was unused and stored away with the unnecessary items.  Things seemed terribly wrong.  An ominous feeling came over me to ‘get out’!  I went from that room, but as I saw two men and a woman coming, I ducked into the restroom across the way.  They saw me and one of them burst through the restroom door and began threatening me in a very mean and hateful way.  He had obviously been drinking and I don’t remember his words to me, but he was in my face. I walked into the building, but when I went into the restroom (significant for resting and trusting in the Lord), I was on a motorized chair.  I say motorized because I didn’t have to do anything to guide it.  It, in fact, took me around.  I had another dream of being on a motorized bike. It took me where I was going and when it seemed the road had me out of control, the bike would straighten the way again. In that dream I drove past the bride that is actually disabled, but she was in a beautiful dance with Christ because through Him she can do all things as her hands were in His and her feet were on His.  So by this, I know this represents the Holy Spirit that is guiding us even now and we give thanks for that.

The chair took me past this man threatening me and past the other man and the woman.  I do not remember their faces.  They were not clear even as I stared at them.  The chair took me on out the door.  I immediately saw the flooding in the street.  I thought oh my, a flood.  Then I said, no that’s a raging river.  This was not just like a flooding we see in videos where people are filming the torrential rains in their areas.  This was a rapid, raging river.  Anything in its path would be taken away very swiftly.  The motorized chair and I got into my vehicle and took a route off the road and headed for higher ground. 

As I rode with the Holy Spirit in the vehicle, we went off road (away from destruction on the wide road) and headed behind this abused house of prayer.  Behind this building I saw a charred wooded area.  There were massive branches on trees that had been cut off.  These branches had grown larger than the trees they were on.  How significant.  The once enormous branches were now nothing but a nub extending only a few feet off the tree, charred and shriveled.  I believe the Holy Spirit kept the men and woman from following me, and this will be their demise.  Through Him I escaped. They will no more come against Christ and His bride.  Their haughtiness and disobedience will take them down. 

The Holy Spirit led me on past this area where nothing was living anymore and into higher ground.  As we traveled, I could still see the road with its rapid, raging river as the water spewed into the air hitting a hill as it moved up the road and picking up speed as it went into a valley, never slowing down.  I was then parked away from the rapids and positioned where I could see the waters passing on by me on my left.  I looked behind me to see if there was a beginning to all this.  I felt a key in my left pocket and my phone in my right pocket.  The key had been placed there and it was the key to my house which represented safety in the Lord, my shelter.  I knew it also represented truth.  I took the phone out of my pocket to film what was happening behind me.  I was kept ahead of it.  Filming on the phone represented telling this dream in detail.  I positioned myself to see behind me and film.  I thought why film now, the rapids have stopped.  There was nothing else coming over the first hill I could see. Now I was not near an ocean, but before I turned the video off, a massive wave came over that first hill that I could see behind me with such a force that it raised up into the air headed toward the sky.  I couldn’t see the beginning or the ending of it.  As it came on over it was still in the path of the raging river on that road and away from me.  I thought ‘nobody will escape this’.   Note that all the while this rapid, raging river, and then enormous wave, stayed on this wide road most traveled. 

I immediately woke and got up for a minute.  As soon as I lay back down, I was back to sleep.  I heard “purge.”  I was awake again. 

I looked up what the word purge means.  The definition is to clear of anything unwanted or unclean.  I knew this dream and word was not of my imagination.  As I meditated on parts of the dream, I saw the scene in the building and it was impressed upon me ‘house of thieves’.  They will be the branches cut off.  I saw the scene of the rapids again and it came to me ‘cleansing the land’. 

I only saw this with my eyes, as in Psalm 91 when it speaks of the reward of the wicked.   I was led to witness what is happening in those leading in this way and coming against God and His people. The people that are not in prayer and walking with the Lord have tucked that idea away with their unnecessary things in their lives.  I believe it also represents us that have a close relationship with the Lord that pray God cleanse us of any unclean thing not of Him.  I was protected from those people and from the reward of the wicked.  I believe we should pray often to be purified so that we will be clean and be washed so that we will be whiter than snow. (Psalm 51:7) 

Now that we know what the Lord is warning, I believe we are to turn our focus on going to higher ground with Him.  He is our solid foundation, our strength, our protection, and our provision.  We have instructions here to lay it all at His feet and let Him cleanse us so that we do not carry the weight of sin as we climb higher with Him.  I pray we all follow His instructions and with no fear step out into our calling as led by the Holy Spirit.  Remain in prayer. As I began typing my vision became so blurred I have had to struggle to see the screen. I prayed and my vision was clear once I finished so I am able to better proof the words. Writing this, the Lord brings so much revelation and truth into His will for us. The need to elaborate on His will is so strong.

The first verse the Holy Spirit impressed very strongly, not once but twice, to read in 2015 when visions began, was Isaiah 58.  The very first chapter tells us to cry aloud, SPARE NOT, (so this is important) lift up our voices like a trumpet and show the people their transgressions and the house of Jacob their sins.  Isaiah 58 gives so much instruction and His promise for us. 

Isaiah 4 tells us that in that day the Branch of the Lord will be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the land will be the pride and glory of the survivors of Israel.  The Lord will wash away filth of the women of Zion and cleanse the bloodstains from Jerusalem by the spirit of judgment and a spirit of fire.  Then the Lord will create over all of Mount Zion and over those who assemble there a cloud of smoke by day and a glow of flaming fire by night; over everything the glory will be a canopy.  It will be a shelter and shade from the heat of the day, and a refuge and hiding place from the storm and rain. 

Psalm 91 tells us to dwell in that secret place of the Most High – to abide under the shadow of the Almighty.  In that, He is our refuge and fortress, and we trust Him.  He will deliver us from the snares and the pestilence and cover us with His feathers.  It is under His wing that we trust.  It is His truth that is our shield and buckler.  We will not be afraid of what comes at us.  Only with our eyes will we see the reward of the wicked.  In this closeness with Him, He is our refuge and our habitation.  He gives His angels charge over us.  He delivers us as our love is set on Him.  He tells us in this chapter that we will tread upon the lion and the adder and trample under feet the young lion and the dragon.  He tells us all this as we ‘dwell in that secret place of the Most High’. 

Psalm 51:17 – The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a broken and a contrite heart – these, O God, You will not despise.  (we bow humbly before Him and no other in this world-dwell in Him)

Malachi 3:3 – He will sit as a smelter and purifier of silver, and He will purify the sons of Levi and refine them like gold and silver, so that they may present to the Lord offerings in righteousness. 

Proverbs 3:5-6 – Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.  (as we let God purge us from sin and be forgiven, we can move higher without that weight as He directs our paths)

Ezekiel 20:38 – And I will purge out from among you the rebels, and them that transgress against me:  I will bring them forth out of the country where they sojourn, and they shall not enter into the land of Israel:  and ye shall know that I AM THE LORD.

1 John 1:9 – If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 

Something to meditate on is that these scriptures are telling us that we can be forgiven and move higher with the Lord, or we can be swept away like an ant in the ocean-cut off and cast out.  At the end of this writing it came to me ‘as in the days of Noah’. God be with us, faith no fear.
