Although I’ve been a Christian since the age of 22, it wasn’t until 2008, while going through an especially trying time, that I asked God what He intended for my life. I told Him I wanted my life to give Him Glory, but didn’t see how it was making any difference at all for His kingdom. I asked Him to not hold anything back, I wanted it all – EVERYTHING – He intended for me, that I would do whatever He told me to do.

Two weeks later, during my quiet time with the Lord, I heard the Holy Spirit say, “Clean your house and write.” In 2011, I started the blog http://themightyhandofgod.com/ as a place to write whatever the Lord inspires. I began having dreams and visions in the mid 90’s, mostly about things the Lord wanted to relay to me regarding personal issues. But the last few years, they have become almost exclusively about the times in which we live.

I’d been feeling a mounting pressure, and wasn’t sure what was going on.  It was something heavy, bearing down on me.  I didn’t know whether it was internal stress or something in the spirit realm.

The night of February 17th, after a time of prayer, I asked, “What is it, Lord?  Within a minute, I heard Him say,

“Consecrate yourselves.”

“I want to speak to you!”

The Lord has never told me to “consecrate” myself before.  He said it several times, so I grabbed the anointing oil.  As I anointed myself, I proclaimed and gave thanks for being purchased and cleansed by the Blood of Jesus.  I poured myself out before the altar and presented myself before Him.  I sat in silence for a while, then heard the following: Read More >>>

The evening of February 9th, I received the following Word/vision during a time of prayer with a close friend. I’d been feeling like there was something urgent the Lord wanted to show me for a couple of days.

After praying for some time, the Lord said:

“Do not be afraid to speak My Truth; I will confirm the Word, and you will do exploits!”

Suddenly, in an open vision, I was moving through the streets of a heavily populated city. It was dark, and I seemed to be in the downtown area. I can’t say which city, because I was only looking down at the streets. The streets were filled with blood! The blood was at least a few inches deep. On the night of January 26th, a good friend and I got together to spend time in prayer.  What was received from the Lord was a grave warning, as well as a very encouraging Word.

A couple days prior to our meeting, we’d discussed the sharp discord between Christians taking place on social media websites.  I was just about to make a comment on one of the sites, as there was a somewhat heated discussion going on.

The debate was concerning the return of Jesus.  Several were afraid the church was falling asleep again, thinking all is well because Trump had been elected.  Others were saying how sick and tired they were of hearing how bad things are, Trump was already turning things around, and the fear mongering needed to stop.    All I planned to do was insert a comment, to possibly calm things down a bit.  I’d already opened the comment box, and started to type, when I distinctly heard the Holy Spirit say,

I received the following word from the Lord in the early morning hours of January 18, 2017. Please pray for interpretation.

After spending time in prayer and study that morning, I still felt there was something more the Lord wanted to tell me. So I sat silently in His presence for a while before eventually getting up to prepare for the day. I’d just entered another room when the Lord began to speak:

Everything Has Been Set In Motion

On January 12th, during an intimate prayer meeting, I received a Word from the Lord. This morning, I was shown it wasn’t just for our little group.

We were praying earnestly for the lost in our families, the nation, and the world in general. We prayed for “whatever it takes” to be done in their lives in order for an awakening to occur. Then we began to shift our prayers toward major events happening all over the world, such as the 70 nation meeting in Paris, and the presidential inauguration just ahead. On the morning of January 1st, I was worshipping the Lord in song and praise, when suddenly I was given a vision, along with what I feel to be a very strong Word for the Church.

In the vision, I was in the midst of a sea of people. We were all standing on flat ground, close to the edge of a cliff.  There was total darkness all around us, so dark I couldn’t even make out the faces of those next to me.

I looked beyond the precipice, and I saw Jesus out in the distance. There was a brilliant light all around Him. It was then I saw a narrow beam of light emanating from Him, forming what looked like a path, or bridge, leading from Him all the way to the edge of the cliff. Read More>>>

The Untouchables

During my study and prayer time this morning, thoughts of the intense spiritual warfare ahead for the Saints came heavy upon my spirit. Sure, spiritual warfare is a constant factor in the lives of Saints, but it was impressed upon me that we haven’t seen anything like what’s heading our way.

I saw in the spirit the darkness descending, similar to what I’d seen months ago and posted in the article titled ‘The Light Will Rise Above the Darkness.’ But this time I saw the descending darkness from where I was sitting. It was coming down as a cover, blanketing everything all around me.

As I watched, the Lord said, “Yes, sin will abound, but My Grace will MUCH MORE abound in you! The same Power that raised My Son from the dead lives in you. Stay close. Abide in Me, and you will be untouchable.”

“DO NOT LEAVE YOUR STATION!”

On Tuesday, November 8th, I went to bed around 9:00 pm, before anyone knew who would win the U.S. Presidency. At 2:00 am, my husband awakened me as he came into the room announcing, “Trump won!”

I heard the happiness in his voice, along with much emotion, like he was almost in tears. He turned around and left the room. As the news sank in, I got a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach, and a deep sense of mourning began to come over my spirit. I felt the need to intercede for Trump in prayer, so began praying in the Spirit. At some point I fell into a deep sleep and had the following dream:

My husband and I were riding in a car through a residential neighborhood. All of a sudden, cars began coming from nowhere, driving crazily all around us. They were even doing “donuts” in people’s yards, while yelling and screaming out the windows. Everyone was breaking out in celebration over the Trump victory. “YOU WILL TAKE THE LAND!”

On October 21st, I was awakened at 2:00 am by the following words: “You will take the land.” I was hearing it repeated over and over. Then, as I fully awakened, I heard it spoken loudly and very distinctly, “YOU WILL TAKE THE LAND!”

I initially took it as the Lord giving a general Word over His people – like words of affirmation over us as to what we’ll be doing in the not-too-distant future. So I got up from bed saying, “Yes, Lord. I receive that. We will indeed take the land.” Then I went into my office to pray over what I’d heard. Read More>>>
