The Holy Spirit spoke the following to me on June 5, 2018.  At the time, I was thinking about ‘The Showdown’ posted in May, along with the question God asked, “WILL SHE TAKE DOMINION?”

Suddenly, the Lord said:

“Where are My Elijah’s, who will confront these prophets of Baal?”

 “I call forth My John the Baptist’s, to rebuke the Pharisees and Sadducees of the land!”

“Open your mouth My people!  For you are My Voice crying out in the wilderness! Prepare you the way of the LORD!

As I quickly wrote down these words, a news story came to mind about a group of veterans called, Veterans on Patrol.  While looking for homeless people to assist, they happened to come upon what appeared to be an underground child-sex trafficking camp near the southern border of AZ.  Although no one was at the site, it had recently been occupied.  They found children’s clothing, along with other items I will not mention in this post.

The story is continuing to unfold, but it appears this may be only one of many camps like this across our nation and the world! The Lord then revealed how this story relates to the words He had just spoken.

I was led to read 1 Kings 18, along with various historical accounts on the subject of Baal worship.

In summary, the nation of Israel began combining worship of the One True God with the pagan “gods” of the nations around them.  When Ahab became king, his wife Jezebel murdered most of the prophets of God, and the remaining fell silent and/or went into hiding.  Jezebel instituted Baal and Asherah worship over the land of Israel.

The worship of Baal requires various sexual rituals and human sacrifice, especially that of children.  We are now hearing about this practice going on behind the scenes in almost every facet of our society.

The buying and selling of children for the purposes of sexual abuse, torture/sacrifice, and even consumption, is a multi-billion dollar industry around the world.  Many of our Kings/Queens/Presidents, politicians, actors/entertainers, along with the rich and famous, regularly pay homage to Baal.

The “church” is far from exempt in this matter. Just as he tried to do with Jesus, Satan makes an offer many will not refuse. “If you will bow down and worship me, I will give you…” (Matt.4:8-9).

The devil made an offer to the Church through Constantine in AD 300’s.  He offered to stop persecution of the Church, give them their own temples, wealth, and power, if only the Church would help him become emperor and not be dogmatic on doctrine. He even promised to become a “Christian” himself!

As in the days of Elijah, the spirit of Jezebel has now taken over most of the “church” and nations around the world – and Baal worship abounds!

The church as a whole not only remains in silence, but is actively participating in Baal worship!  Sexual sin of every sort is now embraced and practiced, with many openly embracing the sacrifice of our children through abortion.  This bloodletting is empowering the kingdom of darkness, setting the stage for the AntiChrist – everything they have been working towards.

It is written, “For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, and nothing concealed that will not be known and come to light.” As the veil is pulled back and the heinous acts of the “church” exposed, it will be obvious why the Lord is calling forth not only His Elijah’s, but His John the Baptist’s.

John the Baptist rebuked the leaders of the “church,” calling them a “Brood of vipers,” saying the axe is laid to the root of the trees.  Every tree which doesn’t bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.  He said Jesus will thoroughly clean out His threshing floor, and gather His wheat into the barn; but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire (Matt. 3:10-12).

In a vision/word given in May entitled, ‘The Lion Goes Forth!’ the Lord said:

 “The Lion of the tribe of Judah goes forth!”

“He has a body now!”

 “Judgment will begin at My House!”

“The snakes and scorpions will be exposed.”

“Much blood will flow in the cleansing of My Temple.”

Saints, the anger of the Lord has been kindled.  His judgments will not be held back, and will begin at His House!

He is calling forth His Elijah’s and John the Baptist’s, to confront the prophets of Baal; to rebuke the snakes and scorpions.

Elijah called for a showdown!

The Lord is showing a major showdown is again upon us, and says:

“Choose you this day, whom will you serve!”

God backed up the words of Elijah with mighty wonders that day, putting the prophets of Baal to an open shame!

Just as He backed Elijah, God will back those who dare preach the word with signs and wonders (Mark 16:20).

Power From On High

Jesus said “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be witnesses to Me…” (Acts 1:8).

“But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:  ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; …And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days…” (Acts 2:16).

Joel 2:23 speaks of God pouring out the former and latter rain upon His people in these last days. Because the magnitude of evil in these last days will be at a level never experienced, the Power from on High will be poured upon the Saints of The Most High God in a measure never witnessed.

As the disciples waited to be endued with power from on High, they continued with one accord in prayer and supplication…(Acts 1:14).

Summary:

Horrible sins and atrocities abound as the apostate “church,” the false “bride,” bows her knee to Baal.  The Lord is calling forth His Elijah’s and John the Baptist’s to confront the prophets of Baal; to rebuke the snakes and scorpions.

Who is willing to suffer the cost, to be that voice in the wilderness?  Who is willing to pray for the people, to spread this word?

The Lord is telling us,

“Open your mouth My people!  For you are My Voice crying out in the wilderness! Prepare you the way of the LORD!”

The showdown is upon us!  Whom will you serve?
